Each company keeps its own rates, markup, commission tiers, branding and jobs. Nothing crosses over.
The salesperson's name and phone go on the proposal, the contract and the email.
Type either current password, then the new one(s). Leave a field blank to keep that password as it is.
What the customer sees on the proposal, contract and notices. Rates for this company are in the rates panel at the bottom.
Fills the proposal header, the contract and the PDF file name. Edit here or on the contract — they stay in step.
Paste the Automatic Data table (or the one-line summary Claude reads off a screenshot). It fills length, width, perimeter, surface area, interior area, depths, lights and steps. Anything it can't read is left alone.
Check what the job needs. Quantities fill in from the pool dimensions above (IA, perimeter); type over them if the pool is odd.
Base includes: plans/permit, layout, excavation up to 400 sf, 2.5" plumbing with 3 returns, steel, electrical with motor breaker, shotcrete, waterline tile, finish, 3HP IntelliFlo, CC+ 520 filter, 1 120V pool light, skimmer, main drain, 2 valves, 2 actuators, automatic water leveler (AutoFill), in-floor cleaning system, startup kit, 1 site cleanup.
Base spa 7×7 (up to 64 sf, up to 32' perimeter) includes excavation, spa plumbing with air line, 8 therapy jets, a 3HP IntelliFlo booster pump with its own 3" suction and jet lines to the equipment (4" when the run is over 75'), steel, shotcrete, waterline and dam-wall tile, spillway, finish, spa light, blower, and a 400K gas heater with 25' of 2" gas line and gas permit, or a 145k heat pump with its upsized power run (one heater heats pool and spa, so the heater options below are greyed out). Larger spa adds $/sf automatically; jets over 8 add per jet; gas line over 25' and the heat pump's meter-to-pad run are per foot from the boxes under the heater options.
The waterfall pad is added automatically for grottos and all artificial features (Rockworks requires it). Runs default to the equipment run plus a few feet; suction and return can differ in size and length. A dedicated pump adds suction and return lines, a 3-way valve, extra-pump plumbing, motor hookup and a breaker; without one, a single feed line (return size and run) and valve off the filter pump.
Per-sf price includes posts, footings and concrete per JLC; $3,200 job minimum applies. Permit rules vary by city (attached covers generally need one; small freestanding often don't).
Only the description and the retail price reach the proposal and contract.
